Delivery to you
Delivery to the UK is a flat rate of £3.45 no matter your size of order. The more you buy, the more you save!
We also offer upgrades at checkout should you need your order delivered fast.
Please note: All quoted times are exclusive of weekends, so if any order is placed on a Saturday it will not be dispatched until the following Monday at the earliest.
Processing timesAll items are handmade to order so processing times are usually 1-2 days from the date your order was placed. If you place you order on a weekend or bank holiday processing will not start until the next working day. If you need your order for a certain date, please contact us before ordering.
FAQ
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes you can add a gift message to your order. On each product page you will find a gift message option. It is opnly an extra £1.00 to add to your order. Your message will be printed onto one of our beautifully designed cards, making your gift that extra bit personal.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?Yes you can. At checkout fill out your billing address and make sure you check the box to add a delivery address. You can then add whatever delivery address you like.
Can I send multiple orders to multiple addresses?We can only support one seperate delivery address at checkout currently. For instance if you would like to order 3 items and have them sent to 3 addresses please just leave us a message in the order comments box at checkout. We will be in touch if we need to confirm anything.
I want to buy a large quantity of your products, can I get a discount?We offer a bulk buying option for schools and businesses. You can view these in our bulk category. Alternatively if you are looking at a large quantity of custom designs please get in touch to discuss.
